The "Top Achievers Award 2025" ceremony officially commenced today to honor students who secured national top 10 rankings and world class achievements in the 2024 and 2025 secondary and higher secondary examinations.
The event is being held at the Center for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Hulhumalé and is divided into five sessions. The opening session was graced by the Vice Chancellor of the Maldives Islamic University (IUM), Dr. Ali Zahir. During this first session, awards were presented to students who secured the 6th, 7th and 8th place rankings in the secondary examinations.
The remaining sessions of the ceremony will continue throughout today and tomorrow. In total, approximately 1,400 students will be recognised for their outstanding academic milestones during the event.
