A workshop on effective supervision and subject improvement planning for Alif Alif Atoll Schools, has successfully concluded. 

This workshop held in AA. Ukulhas gathered 52 participants, including principals and leading teachers from the AA. Atoll, with the aim of updating and enhancing the skills and knowledge of educators in leadership positions.

The workshop was facilitated by the Permanent Secretary Mr. Shifaz Mohamed, Principal of Iskandhar School Mr. Mohamed Shukuree, and Deputy Principal of Salahudheen School Zaheena Abdulla. Their combined expertise will guide participants through crucial topics designed to strengthen leadership skills in areas such as school improvement, supervision, goal setting, and effective interpersonal communication.

The primary objective of the workshop is to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within educational institutions. As the field of education continues to evolve, initiatives like this are essential for ensuring that school leaders are equipped to face challenges and inspire their communities.
