Student Admission Form

Please note when submitting the application form

1. Ensure that the information submitted with the application form is accurate.
2. The email address and mobile number used to fill up the application form shall be registered with the Ministry as the parent's email address and mobile number. This information will be shared with schools.

3. Additional documents to be uploaded to this form are given below.

   If the student is a Maldivian

   • Vaccination Card
   • If you are a student applying for admission to LKG, (Development Milestone Tracking Form)
   • House Agreement:

     • If it is a private house – submit the house registry
     • If you are renting – Submit the first and last pages (signed page) of the agreement copy
     • If the house or apartment is rented by someone other than the parent – copy of the agreement first and last pages (signed page) and a signed document stating that the student's parent and the student live or agree to live in the apartment / flat / house. A copy of the owner's ID card should be attached to this document.

   If you are a foreign student:

   • Valid (non-expired) passport copy (of student)
   • Copy of valid (non-expired) visa (of student and parent)
   • Vaccination Card
   • If you are a student applying for admission to LKG, (Development Milestone Tracking Form)
   • Valid (non-expired) passport copy (of parent)
   • Valid (non-expired) work permit
   • House Agreement:

     • If it is a private house – submit the house registry
     • If you are renting – Submit the first and last pages (signed page) of the agreement copy
     • If the house or apartment is rented by someone other than the parent – copy of the agreement and a signed document stating that the student's parent and the student live or agree to live in the apartment / flat / house. A copy of the owner's ID card should be attached to this document.
4. If a child is admitted to a grade other than LKG and Grade 1, the latest report card (last term / year) should be submitted.
5. The duration for submission of application forms will will be announced later.
6. Age limit for admission of children will be as per Circular No. 22-E/CIR/2025/10 of this Ministry.
